1. Non-Refundable Processing Fee

• The application processing and online examination fee of ₹499 (Rupees Four Hundred and Ninety-Nine Only) is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
• This fee is collected solely for the administration, technical hosting, and human evaluation of your skills assessment to cover operational costs.

2. Quiz Performance and Eligibility Disclaimers

• No refunds will be issued if a candidate fails to achieve the required passing benchmark (15 out of 20 marks) or does not clear the online screening process.
• No refunds will be issued if a candidate fails to secure a job placement or an interview loop. As stated in our guidelines, payment of the fee is strictly for evaluation and does not guarantee employment or a guaranteed interview slot.
• The final hiring decision rests entirely with external corporate partner employers based on your performance, score, and subsequent interviews.

3. Technical Issues During Examination

In case of unexpected server disruptions, payment gateway timeouts, or local internet disconnection during the live test, the candidate must immediately notify our support desk. While no money will be refunded, our technical team will verify the logs and may grant a one-time fresh assessment link at our sole discretion.

4. Duplicate/Multiple Payments

If an applicant accidentally pays the fee multiple times due to a network delay or double-clicking, the extra duplicate amount will be reversed. The applicant must report duplicate transactions to our email helpdesk within 48 hours with valid transaction IDs. Approved double-payment refunds will be credited back to the original source handled securely by our payment partner, Razorpay, within 5 to 7 working days.

5. Cancellations

Once an online application form is completed and the fee transaction is processed, it cannot be canceled, revoked, or assigned to another user by the candidate.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Cancellation & Refund Policy, along with your financial interaction with our forms, is governed exclusively by the laws of India. Any legal disputes, claims, or conflicts shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Patna, Bihar.
