2. Eligibility and Candidate Obligations

• The applicant must provide accurate, current, and complete personal and educational information as requested in our application form.
• Any candidate found uploading fake resumes, providing fraudulent qualification details, or using unfair means during the online quiz exam will be permanently banned from the platform without a refund.

3. Application Processing Fee & Payment Terms

To maintain a serious and high-quality recruitment environment, a nominal processing fee of ₹499 (Rupees Four Hundred and Ninety-Nine Only) is charged per application.

All payments are securely processed via encrypted tokenization handled directly by our PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateway partner, Razorpay. The application fee is strictly non-refundable as detailed in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

4. Online Assessment Rules

The online banking assessment test consists of 20 multiple-choice questions. Candidates must score a minimum of 15 marks to pass. Questions and options are randomized automatically to ensure fairness. In case of local network drops, candidates may request a one-time reset link at our technical team’s sole discretion.
