Digital Marketer (In-House)

We are a fast-growing team dedicated to transforming the hiring landscape, and we are looking for a creative, result-oriented Digital Marketer to manage and scale our online presence.

Job Overview:
As an In-House Digital Marketer, you will work closely with our core team to design and execute marketing campaigns, manage social media channels, improve website SEO, and drive qualified leads for our recruitment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
– Design, build, and maintain the social media presence for Nirmaan Karo and Vessabhu Business Pvt Ltd.
– Plan and execute in-house digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, email marketing, and social media advertising.
– Create engaging content to attract job seekers, employers, and partners to our platform.
– Track, measure, and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns against goals.
– Identify new trends and insights to optimize our marketing strategies and growth.

Requirements:
– Proven working experience as a Digital Marketer or in a similar role.
– Solid understanding of SEO, content marketing, and major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
– Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.
– Highly creative with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to work collaboratively from our office as an integral part of our in-house team.
